Dr. sc. Earl Crane

Earl Crane, CISSP, Ph.D., is an adjunct faculty with the Carnegie Mellon Heinz College, and senior cybersecurity fellow with the Strauss Center at the University of Texas at Austin.

He is a cybersecurity executive and trusted advisor to public and private sector organizations, having worked at early security startups, Homeland Security, the White House National Security Council, the financial sector, and other Fortune 100s. In 2015 he co-founded Emergynt, Inc., a digital risk management platform based on his Ph.D. research.
